Meglei Property Management was founded by business entrepreneur Michael Meglei in 1984. Having emigrated to America in 1976 with only a few dollars to his name, he used his know-how, hard work and determination to become a successful contractor and property owner and fulfill the American Dream.
The next step was to effectively manage his properties. His goal for property management was simple… use the same principles that had been effective so far and apply them to managing properties through diligence, hard work, cost effectiveness and providing good service to the residents.
Today, Meglei Property Management has expanded throughout the Midwest and is serving housing communities in Chicago, Rockford, Danville Illinois, Fond du Lac Wisconsin, Hamilton Ohio, Charlotte North Carolina and Hollywood Florida. Over the years we have further strengthened our company by implementing class leading technology that allows us to stay ahead of the curve.
